We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

We do not offer monetary refunds at this time. All returns qualify for size exchanges or store credit. This policy exists to support our small-batch production model.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
1. Email us at alagofficial4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us. Once received and inspected, your new size ships within 48 hours.
